By booking or purchasing a service, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
2. Services Offered
Anna Schneider provides professional hypnotherapy, coaching, group hypnomeditation sessions, retreats, and digital hypnosis products (e.g., custom audios).
The exact scope, duration, and price of each service are outlined on the corresponding service or product page.
3. Conclusion of Contract
A binding contract is concluded once you book a session or service via the website, Calendly, or payment link, and receive confirmation by email.
For digital products, the contract takes effect upon payment and delivery of the digital content.
4. Payment
Payment is due in advance of any session or service.
Accepted payment methods include Stripe, and bank transfer.
Payment plans may be offered at Anna Schneider’s discretion.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Sessions and Packages:
You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your session. Cancellations made later will be charged in full.
Digital Products:
Due to the nature of digital downloads and personalized audios, refunds are not possible once the product has been delivered or accessed.
Retreats and Group Events:
Separate cancellation terms may apply and will be communicated upon booking.
6. Liability Disclaimer
All services provided are intended for personal development and well-being.
They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment.
Clients are responsible for their own physical and mental health before, during, and after participation.
Hypnosis and coaching are not suitable for individuals diagnosed with psychotic disorders (e.g., schizophrenia) or those currently experiencing acute mental health crises.
In such cases, participation is not permitted and clients are advised to seek professional medical care.
Anna Schneider accepts no liability for damages resulting from the misuse or misinterpretation of the information or tools provided.
7. Intellectual Property
All materials — including written content, audio recordings, videos, and digital downloads — are protected by copyright.
They may not be reproduced, modified, or distributed without prior written consent from Anna Schneider.
8. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG).

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
