I support women in transition in returning to a calmer, more embodied relationship

with themselves — especially after long periods of holding, adapting, or living in survival mode.

My work is gentle, grounded, and nervous-system informed.

Together, we listen beneath the surface, soften protective patterns, and create space for clarity,

self-trust, and a more settled inner life.
